Directly next to the water park is a miniature golf course. After a few hours of fun in the water, stop over to the challenging mini golf course for 18 holes of entertainment.
Glyndon Park
Glyndon Park isn’t your ordinary town park. The 11 acre park features baseball fields, lighted basketball and tennis courts, walking trials, and a playground. You’ll also discover a picnic area, pavilion, sheltered areas, and public restrooms. Glyndon Park is accessible from both Beulah Road NE and Glyndon Street. Take a break from your responsibilities and enjoy a retreat to the park.
Freeman Store and Museum
The Freeman Store and Museum is a heritage museum and old-fashioned gift shop ran by volunteers. The museum and store are housed in a historic general store that was built in 1859 for Abram Lydecker. During the Civil War, both Union and Confederate Army troops occupied the home. It has since been restored to reflect its historic roots. Today you can visit the museum to see Civil War artifacts. The store sells a variety of items such as candy.
